All persons making a booking must be 18 years or older and produce valid credit card and photo identification upon arrival.

All bookings are made via a secure reservation site. Your private details are confidential and are only accessible to Bright Avenue Motor Inn Management. We do not forward your details to any third party for promotional purposes.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your booking, we must be given notice of no less than 30 days prior to arrival date at which time a $68 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. Any cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit all payments. A credit may be issued at the manager's discretion and on the proviso that it must be taken up within 3 months of original booking (subject to availability).

No Cancellation or Changes to bookings applies to ALL On-Line Third Party Reservation Sites.

Booking Conditions:
As a condition of staying at the Bright Avenue Motor Inn I agree;

that if I damage anything I will pay for the repair, replacement or cleaning of the item/s
that while this is a non-smoking motel, a breach of this condition will incur a $150 room deodorizing fee
failure to return room key will incur a $50 replacement charge
strictly no pets allowed
we will be respectful of all other guests at all times - it is their holiday time also
all incidentals such as phone calls and newspapers will be charged to the supplied credit card
